The shape and size of this building are taken from Gustav Klimt’s painting. The ground floor of this building shows the history, and the first floor of this building shows the technology of today, in other words, it shows the progress of artistic development until today,  there are many educational classes that are all connected, and even from the first floor, you can see the ground floor. The fact that people can go up to the roof of this building is a reason for looking far away, but it has a deeper vision
